How to Cancel Recurring Gift Accounts with Braintree

NOTE: You may edit or cancel a subscription plan in Braintree directly and the changes will be reflected in Eleo.

  1. To see a list of all recurring gifts, go to Gifts > Recurring Gifts > Recurring Gift Accounts.

  1. This will then bring up a screen similar to the image below.

  1. Click on a row to display that contact’s subscription information in Braintree, along with the gifts associated with this account.

  1. To cancel a subscription, select the ‘Cancel Recurrence’ button on the top right, and select ‘OK’ in response to the warning.

  1. This will cancel the subscription and no additional charges will occur.
