9. Use the drop downs to choose which fields from your file you would like to match on. This refers to which fields (and how many characters from that field) that the import will compare when determining whether each contact in your file already exists in your database and/or if they are duplicated within the file itself. Typically you want to match on First and Last Name. When you are done selecting your matching options, click ‘Next’.

You can correct this by clicking ‘Edit’ on the right-hand side of any lines in red, or if you decide you do not need to import it, you may select ‘Ignore’ on the left.
13. If you clicked ‘Edit’, you may click in the text box that needs data corrected.
The ‘Change’ button gives you a couple of options:
The ‘Lookup’ button allows you to choose which existing Eleo contact to update for this row, or select ‘New’ if you want that person to be entered as a new contact.
Once you are done making changes select ‘Save and Exit’.
