How to Integrate with Smarty

To turn on the Smarty integration with Eleo, simply go to Settings and then System Settings.

Be sure to click on 'Edit' to make any changes.

Check the box next to 'Use Smarty for address validation' under Customer Defaults to turn it on.

Be sure to click on 'Save' in the upper right-hand corner and Smarty should be on!

Ways to use Smarty in Eleo

1. It will autofill the address when adding a new contact/address. It tries to find a match based on what you type in, and you can click on the correct one.

2. You can verify an existing address by clicking on the blue Smarty Streets icon next to an address in a contact record.

It will then give you a window like this, which says if it is a valid address or not.

3. If you edit the address in a contact record, it will also try to autofill with the correct address.
