How to Create a Static List

Our static lists are set lists where you can manually add contacts into a list in your Eleo database OR a List will be Static if you select the 'Save to List' option on a Report. Meaning it will save everyone on the report from the criteria at the time you ran it.

There are 4 ways you can utilize your lists:

  • View your list directly in your database for informational purposes.
  • Download your list in either PDF, Excel, or CSV format.
  • Utilize your list by filtering for it with the List drop-down in our Standard Reports.
  • Use your List when you filter in Step 4 of the Mailings Module.

Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to manually create a static list in Eleo.
