2.0 User Role Defaults

Your database includes four default user roles to help manage access and permissions. You also have the flexibility to create custom roles based on your organization's needs.


Default User Roles

  • Administrator – Full access to all system features and settings.


  • Standard – Can add and edit most data, as well as run reports.


  • View Only – Can view data but cannot make edits or deletions.


  • Converted User – Assigned to all users from Eleo 1.0 who were not assigned the Administrator role at the time of the database migration, regardless of their 'Active' status.
