How to Deactivate a User

Although you have the ability to delete a user, we highly recommend you deactivate them.

Navigate to 'Settings' from any page of your database.

Click ‘Users’ under ‘User Settings’.

From the list of your users, select the user that you would like to deactivate.

This is where you will have the opportunity to make this user inactive or delete them entirely. Again, we highly recommend that you deactivate users to keep their information for records sake.

To make changes to this user account, click ‘Edit’.

Use the dropdown to make user inactive. You can also choose to delete this user.

If you click delete, you will get a popup asking you to confirm this action.

For this guide, I chose to make them inactive. For this action, click ‘Edit’, then use the dropdown to select ‘No’. After either deleting or deactivating, you will click ‘Save’.

To return to your list of users, click ‘Exit.

You have successfully deactivated this user!
