How to Set Up Notifications

You can be notified of certain actions taken in EleoPay.

Actions include:

-       A payment that has been received

-       A refund has been processed

-       A transaction has failed

-       A scheduled payment has been processed

-       A weekly summary every Saturday


To set up automated reminders, follow the steps below within your EleoPay Portal.

  1. Select Settings from the navigation bar
  2. Click Notifications
  3. Select the actions that you would like to be notified of
  4. Enter the email address(es) that should receive the notifications
  5. Click Save
