How to Cancel a Recurring Gift Account in Stripe

NOTE: You may also edit/cancel a subscription plan in Stripe directly and the changes will be reflected in Eleo.

1) To see a list of all Recurring Gifts, go to Gifts > Recurring Gifts > Recurring Gift Accounts.

2) This will bring up a screen similar to the image below.

3) Clicking on an account will display all of the subscription’s information in Stripe, along with the gifts associated with this account.

4) To cancel a subscription, select ‘Cancel Recurrence’ in the top right. Select ‘OK’ in response to the warning.

5) This will cancel the subscription and no additional charges will occur.
