How to Create a QR Code of Your Web Form
By creating a QR Code from your Web Form, you will be able to place the scannable code on brochures, event flyers, newspaper ads, open it on your devices at fundraisers, or have it anywhere that you think donors would like to quickly connect with your organization.
User Tip: if you make an edit to your Web Form, regenerate the QR code to ensure it reflects the most updated version of your Web Form. Make sure this version is everywhere that you have it available.
Here are the steps to convert your form into a QR Code:
1) Add the QR code Extension to your Google Chrome Browser. You can set that up using this link.
2) Next, copy and paste your live Web Form Link into a new tab of Google Chrome’s most up-to-date version.
3) Click on the Extensions icon to the right of the Address URL bar and select the QR Code Generator one.
4) This will generate the QR Code which you can download. You may also choose to copy and paste the link to send it out. You may opt to hyperlink it in an email too. You can do this with any page that you are on in Google Chrome.
- Click on ‘Download’ to export a version of the QR Code you can then use to send out or there is a link that you may hyperlink in an email. You can do this with any page that you are on in Google Chrome. There are other options available in the extension too.
