An Overview of Field Types in Web Forms

1. If you have not already created a form in your Eleo database, please watch our webinar in the Resources tab of the Library on INSIDE ELEO: How to Create a Basic Web Form. Once it has been created, navigate to Web Forms > Search Web Forms.

2. Click on your corresponding Web Form that exists.


3. Click on the Advanced section, which is located in the upper right-hand corner of this module.

4. Click on the Fields tab.

5. Click on the ‘Add Field’ button.

We recommend watching this for additional tips when using the Web Form module in relation to event sign-ups. We also included fields that you may encounter in other Form Types.
