How to Track Attendance in Events
If you are using the Event Module, you may want to track attendance for your event by manually entering the attendance into Eleo.
1) From the Home screen go to the Events Module by navigating to Events > Search Events.
2) Then click on the Event you would like to track your attendance for.
3) Next click on the Activities tab.
4) Navigate to the right-hand side of your screen to click on ‘Add Activity’.
5) Fill out the corresponding fields that apply for your event.
a. As a friendly reminder, the fields with red asterisks (*) are required fields in Eleo.
b. As seen in the example on the next page, for Track Attendance, select Yes from the drop-down menu.
- If you select No from the drop-down menu for Track Attendance, this will not be tracked.
6) Click the green Save button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to continue.
c. If you selected to track the attendance, click on ‘Enter Attendance’ for your corresponding Activity.

Definitions:
Event: name of the event.
Activity: the action a person takes to participate in an event.
Activity Type: a group of individual activities (Ex. Journal ad sizes, raffles, sponsorships).
