Adding Guests into Event Groups
AKA - How to Add Golfers to a Foursome as Players, Not Donors
Note: You must have an event setup. We also suggest the donor be included as a participant of the event before guests are added to groups.
1. Select your Event from the Search Event screen.
2. Select the Groups tab and then select Add Group.
3. You must fill out all of the fields to create the groups and then select Generate.
4. Are you sure you want to generate groups? Select OK
5. The groups are now generated.
6. To edit the group descriptions, Select group 1.
7. Enter the name of the group in the description box and press Save.
8. When done editing the group descriptions, Select Save. You can always go back to edit more or the descriptions.
9. To add your guests, select the group they are associated with. You will also want to add the donor to the group to associate the guest with the paid participant by pressing Add.
10. Find the participant from the drop-down list, enter the quantity, and press Save.
11. Press Edit to add the guests to the Assign Seats section.
12. You can now add John Smith from the drop-down under the Participant column and you can type in the name of the guest in the text field under the Name column. When finished, press Save.
NOTE: You will only be able to choose the Participant’s name the number of times as the quantity you chose for them. In this example, John Smith’s name will only be available 4 times since that was the quantity listed for him.
6. To continue to add guests to different groups, select Exit.
