How to Create Recognition Levels
You may want to create Recognition Levels in Eleo to determine a scale of contribution, which has been achieved by your donors through their donations.
1) Please login to your Eleo account and navigate to the upper right-hand corner to click on Settings.
2) Next, please navigate within Settings to Recognition Levels and click on it.
3) You will be brought to the page where you can maintain your donor recognition levels.
- Please select which Time Period you would like to use for your Recognition Settings by clicking on Edit in the top right-hand corner of the screen (Ex. Last 12 months, Year to Date, Lifetime, or Time Period). This refers to the timeframe you would like to select.
i. Depending on your selection in the Time Period field, that will give you other options (Ex. Start Date and End Date, and/or Active).
ii. Please remember that fields with red asterisks (*) in Eleo are mandatory fields to complete.
iii. Once you have selected the corresponding information you would like for your donor records, please click on save in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
4) In Recognition Levels, which is on the same page as Recognition Settings, click on ‘Add Level’ to do so.
5) You will be brought to the screen below where you can fill out information for the Level Name, Starting Amount, and Ending Amount. These are all required fields in Eleo when you create Recognition Levels. The Starting Amount and Ending Amount are both based off of the contribution amount (in dollars), which are levels that you set-up.
6) Remember to click on Save in the upper right-hand corner when you create a new level.
- Then, once this has been set-up, donors will automatically display in a certain recognition level according to their giving history.
