How to Use the Eleo Library

1. In the upper right-hand corner of your database is the Library, where you can find helpful materials when learning about Eleo.

2. The tabs are titled Guides, Videos, Glossary, and Resources:

• Guides: These are step-by-step documents.

• Videos: These are step-by-step tutorials.

• Glossary: This section provides you with definitions for terms used throughout the database for how they are used in Eleo.

• Resources: This tab has everything from onboarding materials, to recorded webinars, to Donor Outreach ideas, to fundraising materials, etc.

a. You can also search for specific topics. Type in a key word in the Search bar and then click on the Search button. (Ex. if you are searching for information regarding mailings, you will get more results if you type in ‘mailing’ in the Search bar of the Library).

3. In the Guides tab, by clicking on the ‘Download’ button, you can open a PDF version of one of our helpful documents.

4. In the Videos tab, click on View to watch one of our how-to videos.

5. For the Glossary tab, you can search for terms in Eleo. Your organization may be familiar with them and may use them the same way, or you may define them differently. Visit the Glossary to see how Eleo defines a specific term that is used in the database.

6. The Resources tab contains additional materials for you to review at your convenience. Click on View to either download a PDF document or watch a webinar/video. You can search in this tab too.
