How to Use Eleo Help Screens
1. On the top right of every screen is a Help button. Click on this for assistance for the screen you are on.
2. If you are on the Home Screen and need some assistance, you can click on the Help button to see a description of this screen.
3. You can also add your own notes to the bottom of any Help Screen. Just click on ‘Edit User Notes’. You can then add any notes relevant to your organization such as the Standard Operating Procedures that you have. The notes will appear at the bottom of the Help Screen. You can adjust the font size, color, etc.
4. If you still have questions, you can click on the Support button for different ways to contact the Eleo Support Team.
- Another option is to click on the Support Icon, by the Search bar of your database too.
