Overview of the Eleo Home Page

Welcome to Eleo! Here is an overview of the Home Page.

1. Your organization’s name is displayed on the top left hand-corner of the page. Your name is located on the top right-hand side of the screen.

2. Along the top, there are tabs for the different features in the software, which you can easily navigate.

3. Use the Help button to get an explanation of the current screen that you are viewing.

Your Notes will appear on the bottom of the Help Screen. You may have to scroll down to see them.

4. Click on the Library to view help how-to guides, videos, our Glossary, and additional resources. The Library contains step-by-step materials that you can use for reference.

5. You can click on these tabs to navigate in the Library.

6. If you use Recurring Billing, and have this feature turned on under System Settings, you will receive an alert on the Home Screen when you have unprocessed recurring gift transactions. You can click on the link to review and process them.

7. The Home Page contains lots of valuable information all in one spot! You can customize it to your needs by dragging the sections around the screen!

8. View Top Appeals, Top Donations and Donors as well as Gifts without Thank You’s and Receipts. You will have the ability to send them right from the home screen.

• Also, use the Donor Retention widget to review your retention statistics, and have our standard reports that you frequently use saved to the Home Page in the Favorite Reports section.
