LYBUNT/SYBUNT Report

The LYBUNT/SYBUNT Report refers to a report which shows donors that gave Last Year But Unfortunately Not This (LYBUNT) or Some Year But Unfortunately Not This (SYBUNT). You can find this report by going to Reports > Donor Retention Reports > LYBUNT/SYBUNT Report.

You will see this screen when you select the report. You will need to specify the two time periods:

• The Donation Period (period of time the donor donated) - Choose ‘Last Calendar Year’ if you want a LYBUNT or any other option if you want a SYBUNT

• No Donation Period (period of time the donor did not donate) – Choose ‘Current Calendar Year’ if you want a LYBUNT or SYBUNT, OR any other option for a custom giving/non giving report

If you would like, you may choose a specific Donation Amount or Donation Date Range, Campaign, Fund, Appeal, Appeal Category, and the Payment Types to include in the report. Once you have made all of your selections, you may View the report, or download it to a PDF file, XLS (Excel), or CSV file. You can also clear your current filters.

If you View the report or download it as a PDF, these are the fields that will be included on the report (Giving/Non-Giving periods determined by your filters):

If you download this report to an XLS or CSV File, it will include: Contact Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number, Email Address, Gifts Between (Period 1), Gifts Between (Period 2), Last Gift Date, and Last Gift Amount.

You can also select ‘Save As Favorite’ if you think you will need this report again. It will prompt you to name the report, and you will be able to find a list of your Favorite Reports on the Home page.
