How to Use the ‘Save to List’ Feature on Reports

We have added a way to save the contacts from a particular report as a List, so that you may view their contact information (Name, Address, Phone, Email) and mail to them if needed.


In all of our Standard reports you will now see an option to ‘Save to List’. Run the report as you normally would. Then, if you want to save those people on a List, return to the Report options, and select the ‘Save to List’ button. This will save anyone that met the criteria of the report you just ran as a Static (will not be changed) List.


Here is an example of one of our Standard Reports. The ‘Save to List’ option is now available under the Report Options.

When you select ‘Save to List’, you will be prompted to name the List. You may call it the name of the report and the current date, or anything else you would like, so that you can identify who these contacts are in the list.

Once you click ‘OK’, it will show the list on the screen. Then, same as the normal List functionality, you may click the ‘Contacts’ tab to view the names of those on the list, or download the data into a PDF, Excel, or CSV file.

You will still be able to locate this under the ‘Lists’ tab. However, you will notice it is listed with a List type of ‘Static’ rather than ‘Dynamic’ when you create it under the List area.
