Eleo Fields Sent to QuickBooks Online

Here is a list of the fields that Eleo sends to QuickBooks Online:

• Organization

• Last Name

• FirstName

• Address Line 1

• City• State

• Zip Code

• Phone

• Email Address

• Gift Type

• Gift Amount

• Gift Date

• Gift Fund > This gets translated into a QuickBooks account that you set-up.

Please note: When you send gifts from Eleo over to QuickBooks Online, it uses the Gift ID number for the QB invoice. This is the number in the URL in your internet browser as seen in the example below. This is separate from the Gift Number. The Gift ID Number is our ID Number for a donation, so you may need to edit the invoice number in your QuickBooks Online account.
