How to Add Volunteer Information to a Contact

There is a section for Volunteer Information at the bottom of the contact record. Once you add a contact, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to the see ‘Volunteer Information’ section.

Volunteer Status: status of this volunteer – Active or Non-active (you may also go to Settings > Lookup Tables > Volunteer Status to add additional options if needed).

Attended Training/Training Date: Check if the volunteer attended any training that you may have had and list the date of training (if applicable).

Attending Orientation/Orientation Date: Check if the volunteer attended orientation (if applicable)and the date of orientation.

Completed Background Check/Background Check Date: Check if the volunteer completed the background check (if applicable) and the date of it.

Volunteer Skills: Check off any skills that apply to this volunteer (set up or modify options by going to Settings > Lookup Tables > Volunteer Skills).

Volunteer Interests: Check off any interests this volunteer has(set up or modify options by going to Settings > Lookup Tables > Volunteer Interests).Volunteer

Days Available: Check off any days this volunteer is available (set up or modify options by going to Settings > Lookup Tables > Volunteer Days Available).

Volunteer Times Available: Check off the times this volunteer is available (set up or modify options by going to Settings > Lookup Tables > Volunteer Times Available). Once you are done, click on ‘Save’.
