How to Use the Support Icon
To access our support resources, our Support Icon is accessible to you from any screen in Eleo so that you can review what is available to you and your organization.
Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to access our Support Team:
1) Navigate to the headset icon, which can be found on any screen in the upper right-hand corner of Eleo:
2) Once at this screen, select which area you would like to choose from (Ex. contacting our Support Team by either phone, email, or by scheduling a 1-hour Training Session or a 30-minute Support Call using the links that take you to our online scheduling platform.
- You may come prepared with any questions that you may have to a screenshare regarding our Modules, Integrations, or Web Forms.
