How to Schedule a Training Session or a Support Call
All help is included with Eleo, including Training Sessions, Support Calls, webinars, etc. The only difference between a Training Session and a Support Call is the timeframe. A Training Session is 1-hour, while a Support Call is hosted for 30-minutes. We ask that you please come prepared with any questions that you may have regarding our Modules, Integrations, or Web Forms so that one of our Support Specialists can best assist you and your organization’s needs.
Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to schedule a screenshare through our online scheduling assistant:
Option #1
1) Navigate to the headset icon, which can be found on any screen in the upper right-hand corner of Eleo:
2) Click on the corresponding link for either ‘Click here to schedule a 30-minute Support Call’ or ‘Click here to schedule a 60-minute Training Session’.
Option #2
1) Click on the Help screen anywhere in your Eleo database.
2) Next, click on the Support button.
3) Click on the corresponding link for either ‘Click here to schedule a 30-minute Support Call’ or ‘Click here to schedule a 60-minute Training Session’.
