How to Integrate with Google Calendar

You can integrate your Eleo calendar with your Google Calendar. Once linked, any new tasks added in Eleo will automatically be added into the Google Calendar. Editing or deleting a task in Eleo will also alter or delete the linked task in Google Calendar.

Editing or deleting a task in Google Calendar that is linked to an Eleo task will not affect the task in Eleo.

To integrate your Google Calendar, you may follow these steps:

1) Click on ‘Settings’ in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

2) Click on ‘Users’ under User Settings.

3) Select the corresponding Username you would like to link to the Google Calendar.

4) Click on the button indicating to ‘Sign in with Google’.

5) Enter your login credentials for your Gmail account to connect to your Google Calendar.

If you do not have a Google Calendar account, you can click on ‘Create account’ to create your own.

6) You will be brought to this screen. This is due to security measures prompted by Google. As a temporary workaround to establish your Google Calendar integration with Eleo, click on ‘Advanced’.

7) Click on the ‘Go to eleoonline.net (unsafe)’ link shown in the screenshot below.

8) After clicking on the link for ‘Go to eleoonline.net (unsafe)’, the process then proceeds as normal for integrating with Google Calendar as shown in the following steps.

Click on ‘Continue’ to grant eleoonline.net permission for access in using your Google Calendar.

9) You will then be returned to Eleo, and it should say you are now Connected.

You have now successfully integrated with Google Calendar!

*NOTE: If you connected and accidentally disconnected but are having trouble reconnecting, please refer to the following instructions.
