How to Use Tasks
1. To add a task, hover over ‘Tasks’ in the Navigation Bar, and select ‘Tasks’. Click on ‘Add Task’, OR simply click on the green index finger icon to bring up a new task.
2. Complete all required fields and anything else you may need. Anything that has a red asterisk(*) in Eleo is required.

Category: Select the category for the task. You may add to this list by going to Settings > Lookup Tables >Task Category.
Priority: Set the importance level – High, Medium, or Low.
Completed: Check this once the task has been completed.
Reminder: If you want this task displayed on the reminder screen that pops up when you log into Eleo, then check this box.
Subject: Enter a topic for your task. This gives you more information about it.
Location: Where the task will take place (if needed).
Start and End Date/Time/Duration: If it is not an all-day event, you may choose to enter the start and end dates, along with the time, and the duration.

Details: If you have any other particular characteristics or information about this task, you may list them here.
If you need to schedule a recurring task and are unsure how to do so, please see the help guide on ‘How to Schedule Tasks’ in the Eleo Library. Otherwise, click on ‘Save’ when you are done.
3. If you marked off ‘Reminder’, the user that is assigned the task will see a screen like this with their upcoming task(s) when they sign-in to Eleo.
4. The tasks will also appear on the calendar and in a list on the Home screen in Eleo.
5. If you need to create a task similar to one that you already have setup, open up the original task, and select ‘Copy Task’ on the bottom right-hand side.
6. Eleo will ask if you are sure that you would like to make a copy of this task. Click on ‘OK’.
7. You will then see the copy of the task, which you are able to edit accordingly. Select ‘SAVE’
