How to Set Up a Tribute

Before you set up a tribute, you may want to create Tribute Types. To do this, go to Settings > Account Settings > Lookup Tables, and then select ‘Tribute Types’. ‘In memory of’ and ‘In honor of’ should be there by default. If you need any other options, click on ‘Add New’ on the top right. Then, add them in.

1. To set up a tribute, hover over Gifts, scroll down to Tributes and then select ‘Set up Tribute’.

2. Search for the contact’s name to receive the tribute. This can either be the contact themselves or a relative if the person has passed away. Once you locate their name, double click on that line.

3. Fill out all required fields (Tribute Name, Tribute Type, Start Date, and Fund). Next, click on ‘Save’ in the upper-right hand corner of the screen.
